Winter Extended Family Pictures Herriman – Hansen. Oh guys. This session might have given Lisa and I some crazy anxiety for half the day! As a photographer, I always know what the weather looks like and when the sun will set. On the day of Lisa’s session, there was a snow storm heading our way quick. The weather apps update SO often when you’re close to your time.

We made the decision to meet hours earlier than our original planned time. I’m so glad we did! I both start and end with a large group shot. As soon as everyone was in place and set for the last large group shot, the sky started pouring snow! Enough that it made editing and head swapping those shots near impossible. We were so lucky that it held up until then!
